Trouble Viewing?

If you cannot properly view the Chinese characters, you will need to install a language pack.

• Windows 2000:
  Open the "Regional Options" control Panel
  In the "General" tab, scroll down the installed languages list and check off "Simplified Chinese" and "Traditional Chinese"
  Click "Apply"
  The install process will begin. Follow the onscreen instructions.
  
• Windows XP:
  Open the "Regional and Language Options" control panel
  Click the "Languages" tab
  Check the "Install files for East Asian languages" box
  Click "OK"
  The install process will begin. Follow the onscreen instructions.
  
• Mac OS X:
  Insert the original system installation disk
  If the installer doesn't launch, double-click it
  Follow the onscreen instuctions
  Choose "Custom Install" and install all Chinese language packs
