Gas Generator Connection
This page provides information on obtaining a gas connection for new generators that require transmission pressure that is 60 psig and greater. If your required gas pressure is less than 60 psig, please contact the service planning and new construction services PG&E office in your area.
Please review the Process Guide (PDF, 22 KB), the simplified Process Chart (PDF, 43 KB) and an Application for Gas Transmission Service (PDF, 233 KB). To initiate the process, please complete the Application for Gas Transmission Service and forward it (fax or e-mail) along with a letter requesting a Preliminary Informational Review to:
