SB 412 Implementation
On September 8, 2011, the Commission issued a Decision to implement SB 412 into the SGIP. For a copy of the Decision, go here.
The 2011 SGIP Program Handbook and Forms are expected to be available as of November 15, 2011.
Please note that the final 2011 SGIP Handbook is pending approval of a November 7, 2011 filing. Any projects received before the final 2011 SGIP Handbook is approved will still be subject to that Handbook's requirements.
