2007 Medium Term Fixed for Floating Swap
Pacific Gas and Electric Company is seeking offers from parties pursuant to which PG&E would enter into agreements to purchase fixed for floating electricity swaps settled at NP-15 for the period January 1 2008 through calendar year 2012, or for one or more portions of such period as described in the information provided below. The terms and conditions sought by PG&E for the Products are set forth in the accompanying confirmation agreements. For those Bidders who already have an ISDA Master Agreement with PG&E, such Master Agreement shall govern the Transaction between the Parties entered into pursuant to this RFO, and the Confirmation Agreement, when fully executed, shall become a Confirmation Agreement under the applicable Master Agreement. A Bidder who does not currently have a Master Agreement with PG&E may participate in this RFO for those Products with a January 2008 through 2010 term, so long as the Bidder has signed a participant ICE Clearing Agreement.
