Program Advisory Groups were created to advise Californias energy efficiency program administrators on how the energy efficiency portfolio can meet and exceed CPUC savings goals and policy objectives, to provide input on customer and stakeholder wants and needs, and to help California achieve leadership in integrating energy efficiency into the procurement portfolio.
