PG&E is always looking for private or public organizations to join the PowerPathway Network.

  • Can you refer applicants to our innovative training programs?
  • Does your school want to provide training that complements PG&E's apprenticeship programs?
  • Does your organization provide funding for programs that bridge skill gaps and prepare individuals for employment?

PowerPathway Outreach and Referral Network

We welcome and encourage Workforce Investment Boards (WIBs) and community-based organizations with a role in economic development to identify, assess, screen or case-manage potential PowerPathway applicants.

PowerPathway Trainer Network

We welcome community colleges to join in offering new and innovative courses that will lead students to career paths with PG&E. This involvement allows participants to receive college credit. State, federal, community college system, and/or foundation grants may subsidize the training. The vice president of instruction, department dean and faculty members of community colleges normally comprise the team to liaise with PG&E.

PowerPathway Funder Network

The PowerPathway Funder Network enables the efficient and leveraged use of resources to guide individuals to promising career paths. PG&E is seeking organizations interested in joining this Network, including Workforce Investment Boards (WIBs), public and private foundations, companies and state/federal entities, to underwrite a variety of program elements.
